• Work Authorized: All are fully work-authorized and legally able to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship required)
• Educated: Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experienced: 2+ years of professional experience in desirable fields such as computer science, engineering, healthcare, accounting and business
• Diverse: Multilanguage communication skills and global expertise
• Motivated: Resilient, determined, and committed to re-entering their careers in the U.S.

• Support: Global Talent offers workplace support and job coaching for the duration of internships and the first 90 days of employment.
