- Arrived to the US as an immigrant or refugee
- Enrolled full-time as a junior or senior at a 4-year US university or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree
- Possess computer skills and access
- Intermediate+ English fluency
- Highly motivated to participate in Global Talent’s job search training
