Eligibility Requirements

  • Resident of Idaho
  • Highly motivated to participate in Global Talent’s job search training
  • Full U.S. work authorization
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent*
  • 2+ years of professional work experience
  • Intermediate English and computer skills
  • Current Idaho resident and/or came to Idaho as a refugee or immigrant
